Quality Inn Crystal River

This hotel is great, and has excellent wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and comfortable non-smoking rooms. The staff has always been helpful, even recommending a local taxi on my first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

the property is comfortable, it has outstandingly accommodating and very welcoming staff on the night shift. it boasts excellent, perfect location adjacent to restaurants and crystal river, the downtown area and the town center.

There was nothing I didn't like!

The staff were really helpful and top-class. We had the double room provided with king beds, mini-fridge plus a microwave.

Clean room, comfortable bed, included tv and access to wi-fi, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring the area.

Breakfast options could use improvement.

The room was brand-new and our bed was nice, had a REALLY REALLY NICE experience. The hotel had a good breakfast with a wide array of items to choose from. The location was nice and perfect, close to everything, convenient to go everywhere. The staff was very friendly and extremely friendly and catered to our every need.

My non-smoking room (#210) was very heavily smoked in. It was saturated with the smell of cigarettes. The cleaning staff was almost pushing me out the door 2 hours prior to check-out while I was trying to eat breakfast, shower and get my things together.

Front desk gentlemen was nice.

No towels and when i asked for some I was told we had none. Found a beer bottle in shower. Not satisfied.

Good location, clean and spacious rooms, there's everything you need. perfect to stay for one night. a good breakfast.

The WIFI Connection was not available during our stay and the staff did not know when it could be available either. There was no plan for its repair.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, providing all the basics like a microwave and fridge. Especially Pamela and Charity, were friendly and helpful. The location is great for exploring nearby attractions!

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was amazing.

The first room we were placed in had a dingy smell and the second room we were placed in had an old beer can left in the shower.

Nothing, Brain the manager at the Crystal River, FL Quality Inn is a lair. He makes promises to customers and doesn't carry through with his promise. He owes me a refund on one nights stay.

Brain the manager said I could check out one day earlier. I stayed only 2 nights instead of three. I asked him to refund my one night to my credit card and he said he couldn't. He was the manager on duty and he said there would be no problem with me leaving a day earlier. He said he would take care of it. When I got ready to leave Alex at the front desk couldn't even print my bill out correctly to show the cost of 2 nights stay or my refund on the third night because it was already charged to my card. I think Brain the manager should be fired for not keeping his word. I want my one night refunded and I have contacted the Corporate Headquarters about this already. Booked.net needs to understand they don't override the on site managers decision (Brain) on letting a quest leave one night early. You should be giving him the ok to refund it since he approved me leaving earlier. I will get my refund!

The outdoor pool was a lovely oasis, perfect for relaxation. I really appreciated how accessible everything was.

Need more comfortable seating options in common areas.

The place was not far from the most manatee tour operators. You Will get full from the breakfast but it is not a feast.

The pool was "out of order" and there was hair in the bathroom floor when we arrived.
